Eater LA - Raise a Toast to Bartenders With Tequila Cocktails at These LA Bars
Yes, the first task of the bartender is to pour drinks, but that’s rarely where their responsibilities end. They are de facto masters of ceremonies, making sure everyone is having a good time (but not too good a time). They make introductions. They are educators, introducing patrons to their new favorite cocktails or spirits.
